Answer: Yes, we accept sample order for evaluation of product quality.
Q2: What about the lead time?
Answer: In-stock ready-to-ship samples need 2 working days. Mass production time needs 10-30 working days depending on the orders.
Q3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Answer: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive. Shipment by air or by sea subject to customer's option.
Q4: Do you supply customized packaging and accept OEM?
Answer: Yes, we can supply customized packaging with personal logo or label application. With our professional design team, we are also able to provide you with personalized design and customization services.
